| We are looking for 8 keen debaters in Years 9, 10 and 11 to field 4 teams of 2 sides - 8 speakers in total. The competition is on Saturday, the 14th September at Tauranga Boys College. Please come to B4 at the beginning of Break One today (Wednesday), Thursday and Friday. It will cost $40 each for entry and travel. If we do not enter by this Friday, the 30th August, it will be too late! No shrinking violets please! You will need to be able to think on your feet and speak in front of a crowd of strangers. | If you would like to take part in the College Volleyball Championships on Wednesdays after school that start in 2 weeks please get a form from Mr Stringer. This is open to all students Year 9 to 13, and whether you are a Volleyball player or not, teams will be made up from those who return their forms. |
